IT オペレーション&インフラストラクチャ・スペシャリスト/IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist
This position has the responsibility to solve technical requirements and issues with Level3 support from corporate IT. In addition, it is required to be involved the local/global IT project as the project member or lead for the speciality area. In order to achieve this responsibility, this position needs to

-Analyse, Design, implement the system or enhancements.
-Create and maintain all required technical documentation per IT methodology and processes.
-Demonstrate technical leadership by staying current on new technologies
-Be accountable for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction.
-Maintain collaborative working relationship with IT business partners, IT services (data center, servers, networking, security) and software vendors.
-Support initiative / project with Business Partners and other IT team in US / Japan with expected timing.
-Develop strong and trusting relationships with business, IT partners and US counterpart at many levels of the organization.
-Develop/enhance existing SLA (Service Level Agreement) and Score Card to keep improving the service level.
-Develop and manage trouble log with analysis proactively and periodically, includes identifying any issues and addressing them in a timely manner, to ensure minimized system down time and/or business interruption.
-Manage to process business partner’s request in timely manner.
-Provide regular status updates to Supervisor, both oral and written.
-Build up strong relationship with In-country and U.S Support team.

-Ability to negotiate with business to build consensus and achieve customer objectives
-Experience global project which required communicate with telephone/mail in English as a member or lead
-Experience working in a matrix environment and delivering projects and services via a combination of internal, contract, and outsourced resources.
-3- 5 yrs Experience as member/lead of Infra support or engineer (ex. data/voice network, data center, windows system, VM, security, server )
-Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Microsoft Project) skills.
-More than 1, Major Certification holder (ex. MS, Cisco, Amazon, VM, EMC )
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, listening both in Japanese and English ( TOEIC 750 or equivalent)
-Strong team player

-Proactive working style and flexible thinking for system support.
-Knowledge of various information technologies and methodologies.
-Graduate degree in Computer related field or equivalent relevant experience.
-Experience in life science industry

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Japanese and in English (TOEIC 800 or equivalent).
