Implementation Consultant

<SUMMARY>
He/she will be responsible for successfully implementing BlackLine standard products. He/she will support the sales team and their development of positive and effective relationships with prospective clients and internal departments to ensure prospective client expectations are exceeded

<RESPONSIBILITIES>
●Successfully implement the BlackLine suite of standard products
●Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects
●Function as primary client and partner contact for questions regarding software functionality and best practices throughout the implementation phase
●Provide continuous support and required assistance to team and other groups in the services department
●Ability to provide recommendations and best practices to clients on how to configure the standard BlackLine products

●Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
●Effectively manage and maintain client relationships
●Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
●Strong organizational and multitasking skills
●Ability to communicate in assertive, respectful, and positive manner
●Strong communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization
●Ability to work both in a team environment and individually
●Assist in updating implementation documentation deliverables as needed
●Assist in creating processes and procedures which improve and streamline the implementation processes
●Ability to lead a group of consultants and manage team’s workload

<PREFERRED>
●Software background preferred
●Previous project management experience
●Previous management experience
●CPA preferred
●2-3 years of consulting experience
●Previous customer facing experience

<REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS>
●Bachelor’s degree in Business
●Minimum of four years of experience in the audit/accounting or technology industry
●Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Accounting software
●Self-starter and leader with a take charge attitude
●Exceptional communication skills
●Strong organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills

<PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS>
●Approximately 30% travel required
